  1. Nice racing today. Giving a big D3 thumbs up to D3 champ and now MOC champ Cam Daly. Those are some pretty big giants he slayed today. Good luck to all qualifiers next weekend on the trails of Thetford.

  2. Thanks for the great coverage all season NH Cross Country! This is really a terrific site and you do a great job covering the entire state of NH and its 3 Divisions. Congratulations to all the competitors and teams. I want to give a special shout out to the Lady Broncos of Alvirne though. Unrated at the beginning of the season, they steadily climbed the rankings to not only make it to the Meet of Champions as a team for the first time in their history but they finished fifth to qualify for New Englands. They did this steadily and quietly with hardly a mention on this site except the occasional footnote of surprise when they did well. They may not have “superstars” in the top 10 in the big meets but they have depth in a strong group of young runners who all worked hard and consistently improved over the course of the season. It’s true that some of the other teams had injured runners that prevented them from having the season they could have had. But the Alvirne Girls’ also had an injured runner – their top runner from last year (9th in D1 in 2014) was injured for the entire season so was not running at her best. These girls have some great coaches and worked hard as a team to pull out a fifth place finish. A surprise to some? Sure. But not to anyone who knows these girls and this team. Go Broncos!

  3. Really appreciate all the in-depth coverage, photos and videos! It’s so nice to be able to send links to family and friends who are interested in the meets but too far away to see them in person. Thank you, New Hampshire Cross Country! And to all the high school runners out there, keep up the great work — wonderful to watch all of you working so hard while exhibiting great sportsmanship.
