Where did you get your coaching philosophy?       My parents – Love , Family , Purpose

Favorite coaching achievement:  Last year 2015  Monadnock Girls first team XC Div lll Title.

Greatest Coaching Moment:  2015 Div lll  Monadnock Girls XC , receiving title and seeing the team, my wife, parents and myself crying with tears of joy and excitement!

Strength of Your Program:  Team unity based on love and care for one another.

Favorite Workout:  Death Hill with a Tempo 2 mile back to the school!

Words of Wisdom:   Find Joy in your life and always have Love in your Heart.

How do you pump up the team before a big race?

I typically reinforce all that they have done and make sure they believe in themselves and one another.  I also make sure to keep their nerves in check.  Nothing bad comes from trying your best.
