When did you start competing in track and field?
I started to truly compete in track in field in the eighth grade.
What is your favorite track and field event? What are your personal bests?
Discus: 155’
Describe your favorite competition memory:
Going into my final throw at the state meet, I was behind 1st by about a foot or two in the discus. I was able to uncork my biggest throw in competition and take the state title. It was truly an unbelievably moment for me.
If you could do any event in track and field, which one would it be and why?
I would do Javelin, there is nothing more interesting than throwing spears around. Unfortunately, I don’t have the flexibility do that.
Describe your favorite workout:
My favorite workout is probably working up to a max in deadlift. There is nothing like after completing a heavy lift with your legs going weak and you feel like you could jump to the moon.
How does your coach motivate you?
My coach just expects me to work hard and push myself. His confidence and belief in me, makes me want to put in any amount of work necessary to succeed in our goals. This is extremely important to me.
If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?

What motivates you the most?
Not getting outworked.
What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
Start a business
What is the best advice or quote ever given to you?
Fear of failure leaves no room for success.
If you go to college, do you plan to compete in track and field? And where?
I hope to compete in track and field at the next level. Currently I’m looking at studying and competing at UNH, Northeastern or WPI.
What is your favorite thing about Track and Field?
The fact that every time you throw, you are really competing against yourself.
