When did you start competing in track and field?

I started running during the fall of my freshman year.

What is your favorite track and field event? What are your personal bests?

Big fan of the 1000 meters. I ran it in 2:44 this season.

Describe your favorite competition memory:

The mile at Dartmouth Relays because the atmosphere was a lot more energetic than any other race I’ve run.

If you could do any event in track and field, which one would it be and why?

Shot put because I think I have the perfect build for it.

Describe your favorite workout:

400m, 300m, 200m, 100m ladder workout before MOCs.

How does your coach motivate you?

My coaches motivate me by coming to all my races to cheer me on even if the race is super far away, like New England’s or NXR.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?

Div II State 2018-293Plymouth State University because that’s where my king Marcus Roper goes to school.

What is your go-to pre-meet meal?

Hawaiian pizza

Do you have a favorite prerace song?

“Thank U, Next” by Ariana Grande, “Kiss Me Thru the Phone” by SouljaBoy, and “Flatbed Freestyle” by Playboi Carti.

What motivates you most to do well?

I pick out two or three other people with similar times to me and I try to beat them whenever I race them.

What would you do if you knew you could not fail?

Challenge Matt Centrowitz to a race.

What is the best advice or quote ever given to you?

“Hill work is speed work in disguise.”

If you go to college, do you plan to compete in track and field? And where?

I plan on running in college, not sure where though.

What is your favorite thing about Track and Field?

Getting to see my friends that go to different schools.

What is your favorite track facility?

Reggie Lewis in Boston.
