State Championship races always bring an extra level of excitement, this past Saturday was no exception. Taking the D2 title with the second fastest time of the day, our male HOKA athlete of the week is Birhanu Harriman of Lebanon.
While Birhanu’s victory could be considered an upset, it was certainly no surprise. On Saturday, Cox had an early lead but Harriman continued to battle, closing the distance on the hill. Harriman continues a successful season at invites where he has always finished in the top two. Congratulations to Birhanu, our HOKA Athlete of the Week.
