HOKA Female Athlete of the Week! Bedford’s Annika Scott

Each week we highlight one male and female athlete who stood out with their cumulative performances of the week and/or had one jaw-dropping pop of a mark.

Who is getting excited for the Division Championships in just over 2 weeks???  Of course we all are, but this week’s HOKA Female Athlete of the Week just made Division 1s super interesting in the hurdles!  Bedford’s Annika Scott dropped the fastest time in the state with a 8.41 this past weekend.  This eclipses Jordan Wheaton’s fastest time of 8.44, which she flew to the week prior.  We know what happens when 2 great competitors meet!!!  They push each other to new heights and faster times.  Scott backed up this lightning performance with a state leading leap in the Long Jump of 17’11.75″.  Congrats to Annika Scott!  This week’s HOKA Female Athlete of the Week!
