HOKA Female Athlete of the Week! Merrimack’s Alexis Best!

Each week we highlight one male and female athlete who stood out with their cumulative performances of the week and/or had one jaw-dropping pop of a mark.

What a name!  Alexis Best, of Merrimack High School, certainly proved she was this past weekend with her 55 meter win in a state leading time of 7.33 which is a NEW PEA facility record!  She followed that up with a win in the 300 meters as well in 42.48 good enough for 3rd best in the state.  Always a consistent performer, it seems as if Winter Track League, 2023, is her breakout season!  Congrats to Alexis Best, this week’s HOKA Female Athlete of the Week!
