WTL Meets!
Plymouth
- Hollis/Brookline’s Samuel Bruneau won both the Dash and the 300 meters. His Dash time of 6.65 is #3 in D2.
- Sanborn’s Lily Tedford launched to #2 in D2 and #5 in the state with her 1:45.03 in the 600 meters.
- MV’s Mychal Reynolds won the 600 solo with a 1:27.62, 2nd ranked in D2.
- Kearsarge’s Molly Ellison dropped down to the 1k and posted a strong time of 3:10.99 for the win at Plymouth.
- Kearsarge’s Daniel Dalbec won the 1500 at Plymouth with a 4:16.67.
- Coe-Brown’s Jamie Lano ran his 1st 3k of the season and ran one of the fastest in state history with a solo 8:41.74. #1 in the state by 17 seconds.
- Newport’s Maddox Lovely took over the top spot in D2 in the High Hurdles with her win in 8.91. She also won the Long Jump with a leap of 16’0.25″ good for 2nd in D2!
- Plymouth’s Gabriel Kean launched himself to #2 in the state in the Long Jump with a leap of 21’1.75″.
- Coe-Brown’s Elias Warner won the Shot with a heckuva toss on his final throw! 47’8″, tops in D2 and 2nd in the state!
PEA
- Mascoma Valley’s Georgia Kondi continues her winning ways taking 1st in the Shot Put (34’10.75″)
- PCA’s Tim Kelm became the first Granite Stater under 6.5 with his 6.49 win in the Dash.
- For good measure, Windham’s Kevin Brooks became the first in NH under 36 in the 300 with his 35.83 second place. PEA junior Jaylen Bennett won in 35.22.
- PCA’s Jonas Teeter won the 3k and the 1k.
UNH
AM Session
- The Girls Dash in the AM session at UNH was something else! Portsmouth’s Mariam Nada won in 7.55, BUT Salem’s Fareedah Adigun, Milford’s Keely Giordano and Portsmouth’s Lily Jenkins ALL crossed in 7.56!!! Looking forward to D1s!!!
- BTW – Nada had already won the High Hurdles in 9.14! She then became a triple winner with her top jump in the Long Jump! 15’7.5″
- Kennett’s Owen Arias won the Shot Put with a toss of 44’9″ good for #2 in D2.
- In the same meet Kennett’s Aida Wheat debuted in the 300 crossing in a time of 43.74 (#3 in D2).
- Newmarket’s Alanna Hagen dropped the top time in the state with her win in the 600 in the AM session in an incredible 1:41.34 on the short track. She then doubled back for another win int he 1500 in 5:06.56.
PM Session
- Bedford’s Mikita Barry 1 upped Hagen’s morning session performance with a 1:39.54!
- Barry’s teammate, Anika Scott had her best set of Hurdles breaking the tape in 8.29. She also won the Long Jump with a 17’5.5″.
- Bow’s Kodie McCranie won the 300 meters in 37.70 which moves him up to #3 in D2.
- Bedford’s Jacob Redman won the 3k in 9:04.09 good for #3 in D1.
East Coast Invitational (RI)
- Keene’s Chris Stevens won the 200 meters (22.92) and places 3rd in the Dash (6.59)!
- Stevens’s teammate Wayne Crowell crossed the HH tape in 8.14 which is now #3 in the state.
- Merrimack’s Alexis Best & South’s Nyah Musa claim top 2 times in NH – 7.34 and 7.38 respectively!
- Best also has NH’s Best Long Jump with a 17’3.5″
- Concord’s Ella Goulas wins the High Jump clearing 5’2″.
Northeast Invitational (MA)
- OR’s Mackenzie Cook wins the Mile in 5:06.08!
- Pinkerton Girls Sweep 4×200 & 4×400 Relays!
- OR’s Haley Kavanagh rolls to a 2:55 and change (NH#1) in the 1k!
- Pinkerton’s Aiden Dowd posts a 1:24.95 (NH#1) in the 600 meters!
- BG’s Matthew Giardina wins the 2 Mile in 9:19!
