2026 Women Run NH on August 22nd! Register!

Register!

The incredible and much needed Women Run NH event is on August 22 at Bedford High School. Holley Samuel will be the keynote speaker this year. Holley is a registered dietitian, a runner, and the CEO of her private practice, Holley Fueled Nutrition. She spoke at the event in 2023, and she is back to address Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). After her session, there is a rotating workshop schedule for the rest of the afternoon. Athletes can choose the sessions they want to attend. This year’s experts include:

  • Steven Gonzalez, Mental Performance Coach for the Boston Red Sox
  • Michele Morin, Physical therapist, strength coach, and owner of Front Runner Performance
  • Jeremy Woodward, 6th Degree Black Belt, Personal Trainer, and Creator of Live Life to the Fittest
  • Summer Daniels: A current athlete at WPI who has created the “Fuel my Stride” App
  • College Panel: Summer Daniels, Samantha Ducharme, Katherine Kennedy, Kelseigh O’Neil, and Emma Schaumloffel
  • Amber Ferreira and Mary Klene w/ Andy Schachat

Their will also be a team bedazzling station available all afternoon for teams/ athletes who would like to decorate an item. This is always very popular with teams. Athletes should bring an item to decorate.

6 teams are already registered to participate! Shout outs to Bedford, Coe-Brown, Hopkinton, Londonderry, Merrimack Valley, and Winnacunnet. Future shout outs to those other teams registering as we draft this post!

Information about all of our speakers is posted on our Instagram page @womenrunnh. This event is open to the public, and same-day (cash or check) registration is available.
