What to Watch For: 2016 Black Bear Invitational

The 2016 Black Bear Invitational is slated to begin at 9:00am this Saturday, April 30th in Northwood, NH at Coe-Brown Northwood Academy.  With 30+ teams and over 1000 athletes from all 3 divisions, the Black Bear is quite unique.  It is a team scored event and is the only invite to run the 3200 first, while culminating with ‘Relay City’, the 4×800 and 4×400 back-to-back.   A perfect ending to the team competition!  New this year is the addition of the Middle School Mile.  NHTF will also be there taking videos, Dave Scannell’s pics, and under the Runner’s Alley tent for interviews.
