When did you start competing in track and field?

8th grade

What is your favorite track and field event?

200 or 400m

If you could do any event in track and field, which one would it be and why?

300 hurdles, because it looks fun and my coach is iffy about it, (won’t let me do it unless I break 60 in the 400m)!

Describe your favorite workout:

A nice 200m workout that works on speed endurance.

Describe your favorite track memory:

Have way too many of them!

How does your coach motivate you?

She tells me how talented I am when I’m feeling down, and always pushes us to our limit, having us realize what we are capable of, “second isn’t good enough.”

If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?

I would go to California and eat In and Out burger!

What is your go-to pre-meet meal?

Gotta have my rice and beans, and some gummy worms.

Do you have a favorite prerace song?

Any good song that comes on Pandora.

What motivates you most to do well?

My future, my teammates and coach, boyfriend, family, and myself.

What would you do if you knew you could not fail?

I would do everything there is in track and field and dominate

What is the best advice or quote ever given to you?

“The body achieves what the mind believes.”

If you go to college, do you plan to compete in track and field? And where?

“I plan on doing track and field hopefully at U-Mass Lowell.”

What is your favorite thing about Track and Field?

I’m makes me feel like I can do pretty awesome things. It’s fun, also tough, but I love the challenge.

What is your favorite track facility?

My home track, which is at my school, Panther Pride!
