Your votes are in! Winnacunnet’s Billy Powers is the 2018 Mr. NH Track and Field for the second consecutive year and is our first repeat winner. While last year may have had some 
blemishes, his fall at D1s in the high hurdles and not winning the 300 hurdles at New Englands, 2018 was a year of perfection. Powers swept both hurdle titles at Division 1s, MOCs and New Englands, holding us all in suspense as he didn’t secure the NE title in the 300 Hurdles until the last few steps. Setting a new state High Hurdle record aside, he is the prime example of how perception is congruent to reality. He is a wonder to watch, making hurdling look effortless while truly competing in his effort towards perfection each and every race. This weekend, Powers continues this pursuit as he competes at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals! Congratulations and Good Luck Billy!
